The Six Word Memoir

Sparrow has tagged me for this - here are the instructions:

1. Write your own six word memoir.
2. Post it on your blog, and include a visual illustration if you like.
3. Link to the person who tagged you in their post.
4. Tag five more blogs with links.
5. Remember to leave a comment on the tagged blogs inviting them to play.

Here’s my version:
TRAVELLING ON THAT PATH CALLED LIFE

Psalm 119:73 NIV
“Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands.”

I’ve been a Christian now for just over 13 years and if there’s one thing I know that life on God’s pathway is never a dull moment - there’s always something to learn. Sometimes I admit that I don’t listen right away and He usually does something BIG to get my attention. One thing’s for sure I could never do without God in my heart - He’s too good to ignore.

Ok, now I get to tag some friends so I’m tagging Leticia, Jana, Jen, Dawn and Rachel. Have fun - this isn’t compulsory so if you would rather not do it that’s ok.

Amy, I found your link from the Laced with Grace Blogroll. I’ve sent three messages over the last couple weeks and I’m at a loss as to who to contact. I have added the icon to my blog but I have not seen my blog (His Ways) add to the blog roll. Please email me and let me know…or go to my blog. Thanks, Paula

What a wonderful portion of your testimony for God’s love and grace in your life. Walking in the Spirit is a spontaneous way of life. We respond to situations as His nature is lived through us. When His Spirit is alive in us, we can’t help but apply His ways to given situations because it is our new nature to do so. Those abiding fruits shine forth. The interesting part is that we don’t alway recognize it as God’s workings through us until afterward because our response is spontaneous.

I’m still grossed by the spider. Ewwww. Can’t shake that. What was God thinking?!
